Tollywood star Naga Shourya who carries a boy next door image has recently set aside the type cast
roles, and signed few interesting action oriented films. He was seen in a rustic archer avatar with toned
muscles for an upcoming film after Ashwathama.
Reportedly, Naga Shourya had been testing waters with small budget films in association with small
production houses. It is learnt that he signed a unique combo of a multi starrer film that has Balakrishna
in a key role among the three stars. Sivalenka Krishna Prasad is billed to be the producer of the film.
Although this interesting project is under wraps, it is to be seen if the film paves way to official
confirmations. It is still not clear if Balakrishna signed this film yet. However, hearsay is that Sriman
Vemula, who works predominantly in Kannada film industry is going to take helm of the project. Now it
remains a big burden on the shoulders of this new director who has his credits as a director for ‘Kumari
21’ and as an assistant director for ‘Nenokkadine’ in Tollywood. Further details are awaited.
