The team of ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ have already started their promotions for the second part. With the first part becoming very successful, the expectations have doubled over ‘PS – 2’. Despite the mixed talk in other languages, the first part did exceptionally well in Tamil Nadu and the movie earned over 400 crores worldwide. Coming to the second part, the makers announced that it is coming out on 28th April 2023 and the first song has been released recently.
The song is named ‘Aaganandhe’ and this soothing melody is crooned by Shakthisree Gopalan. Anatha Sriram penned some beautiful lyrics for this song. AR Rahman who is known for his slow poison songs have arrived with yet another tune that will grow on the listeners with repeated hearing. These types of songs will give peace and relaxation to your mind.
This song depicts the blooming romance between the characters played by Karthi and Trisha. The lyrical video is also very creative and attractive. Knowing Mani Ratnam’s visualization, this song will definitely be a feast to the eyes.
