With the significant rise in the OTT market, a lot of interesting stories are coming out to please the audience. Some concepts which may not have an audience in theatres are getting good reception on the streaming platforms. A lot of fresh talent is getting introduced into the film industry and many known actors are showcasing their worth in the OTT arena.
One such interesting web series, which is all set to premiere on ZEE5 on 14th April is ‘Gaali Vaana’. The trailer which came out a few days ago created a lot of curiosity among the viewers. It revolves around two families who go to unimaginable lengths to hide the crime they committed. Going into details, soon after newlyweds Ajay and Geetha are brutally murdered, an unknown injured man arrives at their families’ doorstep. Can he be the killer, or is there a twist to the tale?
With such an interesting premise, the web series is arriving on Thursday and there is a decent buzz on it. The series features seasoned actors like Sai Kumar and Radhika Sarathkumar while having young faces like Krishna Chaitanya, Chandini Chowdary, Ashrita Vemuganti, Nandini Rai, Thagubothu Ramesh and others. Directed by Sharan Koppisetty, ‘Gaalivaana’ is produced by Sameer Gogate and Sharrath Marar. Story adaptation and dialogues were done by Chandra Pemmaraju.
Sujatha Siddharth is the director of photography while Gowra Hari gave the music. Santhosh Kamireddy is the editor while Pranay Naini is the art director. The screenplay is given by Chandra Pemmaraju, Siddharth Hirwe, Riya Poojary and Anuj Rajoria.
