It is known that the Delhi Police are probing the sensational Murder case of Shraddha Walker who is believed to have been killed by her live-in partner Aftab Poonawalla. After questioning him for a few days, he was produced before a court and the accused made some key revelations.
Before the judge, Aftab Poonawalla confessed to his crime and said the murder happened in the heat of the moment and there is no pre-planning in the murder. Earlier he reportedly told the cops that he made the plan a week before.
Aaftab was produced before the court for a hearing to extend his police custody as the previous custody ended. Police custody was granted and the cops will grill Aaftab to get more details in the case.
While the investigating officers alleged that Aaftab is not cooperating with them and sought permission to perform a polygraph test, Aaftab countered these allegations and said that he is cooperating with them and not misleading them.
However, there is an opinion that Aaftab is allegedly misleading them as the body parts of the victim are yet to be identified. Though special teams are on the work to identify the body parts they could not succeed and this gave added fuel to the debate that Aaftab might be misleading them.
Talking about the case, Aftab is believed to have killed his girlfriend Shraddha Walker. He reportedly chopped Shraddha into pieces and disposed of the pieces at different places. The murder happened back in May and it came to light recently.
