South star Suresh Gopi is the latest celebrity to test positive for the novel coronavirus. The ace actor from the Malayalam film industry informed the same via Twitter and said that he has no symptoms other than a mild fever.
Suresh Gopi shared that he has tested positive, despite taking all the precautions. The actor is currently under isolation.
“Despite precautions, I’ve tested positive for COVID-19. I’ve isolated and quarantined myself. I’m perfectly alright, healthy, and doing fine, other than a mild fever,” Suresh Gopi said, in his note.
The veteran actor also urged his fans to take all the precautions and practice social distancing. “You keep safe and have the heart to keep others also safe and uninfected,” he added, in his note.
On the work front, Suresh Gopi will next be seen in Paappan, which is directed by Joshiy. The actor had recently wrapped up the shoot of the film and it will release soon.
