A while back, Adivi Sesh was roped in to play the male lead in the Telugu remake of Bollywood film, 2 States. The remake was titled the same as the original and the lead pair, Adivi Sesh and Shivani Rajasekhar took part in the shooting for a while.
However, the project was halted abruptly in the halfway stage for undisclosed reasons and there has been no update on it ever since.
The latest news is that MLV Satyanarayana who is producing the project has initiated legal action against Adivi Sesh for not cooperating with the makers for the completion of the film.
Satyanarayana filed a petition against Sesh in the civil court, saying the latter is not honouring the agreement and instead of going ahead with other projects, thus incurring huge losses to the producer.
The producer has asked the court to take action against Adivi Sesh for his failure to honour the agreement.
Adivi Sesh is yet to respond to this case and is expected to do so in the following days.
