The pre-release event of ‘Saakini Daakini’ took place on Monday night and it was an entertaining affair filled with friendly banter between actors and directors. ‘Major’ hero Adivi Sesh showed up at the event and wished a huge success for the entire team. While he was on the stage, he even posed a few questions to the film’s leading ladies Regina Cassandra and Nivetha Thomas.
She asked the ‘Gentleman’ actress about why she didn’t act with him till date and she replied that he did not offer any role. Later, Sesh turned towards her ‘Yevaru’ star and asked some cheeky questions which brought a lot of laughs from the audience. Regina made some interesting comments saying that Men and Maggi are done in two minutes.
Reminding her about it, Adivi Sesh stated, “A lot of people including Nandini Reddy says that I take a long time to complete my films and I have a lot of stamina. This is just for your comment on Maggi and men.” This video clip is all over social media and people are liking this cheeky banter for the stars.
‘Saakini Daakini’ is an official remake of the South Korean action-comedy film ‘Midnight Runners’ and it is being produced by D. Suresh Babu, Sunitha Tati and Hyunwoo Thomas Kim. Directed by Sudheer Varma, the teaser and trailer have gotten a very good response from the audience.
