After few Bollywood actors falling prey to fake news, now it was Actor Akshay Kumar’s turn. There was a report doing the rounds on the internet that Akshay kumar has transformed a whole passenger flight to a charter flight for his personal purpose. On Sunday the actor slammed reports that he booked a special chartered flight for his sister’s family amidst the lockdown and warned “legal action” against such hoax news.
There was latest buzz that the actor booked a flight for Alka Bhatia—”his sister, her two kids, a daughter and a son, and their domestic help” to Delhi from Mumbai. It was heard that others were disallowed to enter, while four crew members were safeguarding them.
The fifty two year old actor was utterly annoyed and upset on listening to the news. Taking to Twitter, Akshay rubbished the news as “fake” and claimed his sister is has only one kid and never even travelled anywhere since the lockdown was announced.
“This news about me booking a charter flight for my sister and her two kids is fake from start to end. She has not travelled anywhere since the lockdown and she has only one child!” the actor tweeted slamming the reports. Akshay cleared the air and asserted that he is considering to take a legal step against the wrong doers. “Contemplating legal action, enough of putting up with false, concocted reports!” read his next tweet.
