Superstar Akshay Kumar‘s upcoming film “Bell Bottom” was one of the first films from Bollywood to resume the shooting amid the Covid-19 pandemic. The movie team jetted off to the UK in August 2020 for completing the whole schedule.
Now, the espionage thriller has got a release date. It is set to hit the big screens on May 28. The film was previously set to release on April 2, 2021, but the makers revised the release date. The film also stars Vaani Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, Lara Dutta and Adil Hussain in lead roles.
Produced by Vashu Bhagnani’s Pooja Entertainment, “Bell Bottom” is set in the 1980s and is about one of India’s forgotten heroes. It is directed by Ranjit M Tewari and written by Aseem Arrora and Parveez Shaikh. The film is co-produced by Emmay Entertainment.
