All set for Ayyanna Pathrudu to be sent behind bars?

Another former MP minister is ready to bite the dust as TDP’s senior leader Ayyanapathrudu is booked under Nibhaya case. If the arrest of Ayyanpathrudu happens, he will become the third TDP leader and second former Minister to get arrested in the last 4 days.

This is the first time a Nirbhaya case was booked on a person with Minister status in Andhra Pradesh. As per Narsipatnam Municipal Commissioner Thota Krishnaveni’s complaint, Ayyannapathrudu was booked under IPC section 354–A(4), 500, 504, 5050(1)(B), 505(2), 506, 509.

When Municipal Council hall’s renovation works were going on, Ayyannapathrudu’s grandfather Latsapathrudu’s photo was moved to Chairman’s office which made the former minister serious. Ayyannapathrudu immediately got into an argument demanding that his grandfather’s image should be transferred back to the hall. Even the officials explained to him that they will move once the walls get coloured but he didn’t heed their voice.

In that process, Ayyannapathrudu made some obscene comments on the Municipal Commissioner Thota Krishnaveni that she will be stripped down if he won’t able to see his grand father’s image back in place. He went on saying that he has been resisting himself as the Commissioner is a lady, and the treatment would have been different if it is a male.

Soon, the Municipal commissioner filed a complaint in the Police station and if fell under the Nirbhaya case. If the registered charges on him were proved with the adequate witness, it won’t take much time to see Ayyannapathrudu behind bars.
