The engagement of Mega Prince Varun Tej and heroine Lavanya Tripathi is done last night at Naga Babu’s residence. The pictures have arrived officially and they are showing off their engagement rings to everyone. A lot of fans and celebrities are wishing the lovely couple and a video is currently going viral regarding this.
A few years back, Varun Tej’s uncle and Mega producer Allu Aravind said during the pre-release event of ‘Chaavu Kaburu Challaga’ that Lavanya Tripathi should marry a Telugu guy and settle down. He praised the way she spoke Telugu very fluently. The video is all over the internet and it has Lavanya smiling when Aravind asked her to marry some Telugu guy.

After ‘Puli Meka’ web series, Lavanya Tripathi is currently acting in a Tamil film with Atharva as the lead. She also has an untitled film under People Media Factory banner in her hands. Lavanya is also working on VIshvak Khanderao’s (Skylab fame) web series which is produced by Annapurna Studios for Hotstar.
Coming to Varun, he is working on ‘Gandheevadhari Arjuna’ which is getting released on 25th August. He is also doing a pan-Indian project as an Indian Air Force pilot. Debutant Shakti Pratap Singh Hada is directing it. He also has Karuna Kumar’s (‘Palasa’ fame) project in his hands.
