The recent news of yet another rape case like Disha’s was doing rounds on the internet and in TV channels until yesterday. Just like Disha’s incident, four men allegedly raped a minor girl in the outskirt of Hyderabad by pulling her into their SUV and drove away. However, today, it was revealed that the incident is a counterfeit and the girl just made up the story. The whole story which was narrated in TV channels is false.
Yes, girl lying about being raped is the worst thing you will hear today. According to the previous information, it was told that the girl called her mother after being raped. Therefore, police have sent the girl for the medical examination and waited for the reports. However, the doctors confirmed today that she was not raped. When questioned by the cops, she revealed that she just cooked up the story.
The reason for doing so is that the girl went for a movie with the youth and she was scared that her parents will punish her. The girl’s father works as a watchman in an apartment owned by a Congress leader M Ravi Goud. But, the Congress leader was also booked in the case as he first uploaded a video recording of the girl on WhatApp, alleging that she was raped. Ravi’s wife Surekha also contested as a Congress candidate in the 3rd ward of Ameenpur Municipality.
The girl first met the four men while campaigning for Surekha.It was reported that Surekha recorded the video of the 16-year-girl who claimed that she was abducted and raped by four miscreants. After that, the video was shared with various news channels. Sangareddy SP, S Chandrashekar Reddy said that Ravi committed a serious crime as he violated the privacy of a minor girl.
An action has been initiated against the candidate for involving minors in the election campaign. Currently, Ravi Goud has absconded and cases under provisions of the POCSO Act, 509 IPC, Juvenile Justice Act and sections 21, 22 and others were registered against him.
