Governor Bishwabhushan Harichandan addressed the issue of three capitals as part of his speech on the occasion of Republic Day.
Bishwabhushan Harichandan said that three capitals are being set up for the equal development of all parts of the state.
Governor said that non-decentralization of development has created problems in the past, and the government has focused primarily on decentralization. He said three capitals were needed for regional equality.
News is surfacing that the govt will launch these three capitals in force from March itself. The state government is planning development in Visakhapatnam. Whether there is a stay on the CRDA repeal and decentralization laws, there is information that the government is working silently.
The government is already planning to build a guest house in Vizag. On the other hand, it seems that the authorities are looking at resorts to house the top officials in the Rishikonda area. All the YCP leaders, including CM YS Jagan, are confident that all the legal impediments to the formation of the three capitals will be resolved soon. The remarks made by the Governor in this context took precedence.
