The High Court has struck down the restrictions imposed by the Andhra Pradesh State Election Commission on AP Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy. The court granted permission to Minister Peddireddy to hold a media conference.
The High Court has clarified that the restrictions imposed by the Andhra Pradesh State Election Commission Commissioner Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar on Peddireddy not to hold media conferences are invalid. Recently, the court issued the verdict allowing him to speak to the media.
It is learned that in the wake of the Panchayat elections, Nimmgadda Ramesh Kumar restricted Minister Peddireddy from speaking to the media. With this, Minister Peddireddy was given the freedom to speak to the media.
