Nandamuri Balakrishna is riding high on the success of ‘Akhanda’. This action film directed by Boyapati turned out to be the highest money spinner in his career and it is getting a huge response on the OTT platform too. On the other hand, his talk show ‘Unstoppable’ became a huge success and people enjoyed the fun-loving side of Balakrishna so much.
After taking a short break, he recently began working on his 107th film under Gopichand Malineni’s direction. Producer by Mythri Movie Makers, this project is being made on a grand scale and Chennai beauty Shruti Hassan is the heroine in it. Thaman is composing the music while Varalkshmia Sarathkumar is playing a key role.
Post Gopichand’s film, Balakrishna will be teaming up with super hit director Anil Ravipudi who is known or his commercial entertainers with a high dose of comedy. He did not face a single failure till date and his upcoming movie ‘F3’ is all set to tickle the audience’s funny bones on 27th May.
With ‘F3’ getting wrapped up, Anil is currently working on the script of his next film with the Nandamuri senior hero. The writing process is going at a brisk pace and sources claim that it is coming out well. Apparently, Balayya liked the first draft and the way Anil narrated the script. It is expected to be an out-and-out entertainer. Balakrishna has been confined to action flicks with loads of mass elevations these days.
It has been a very long time since he acted in a completely entertaining film. Anil Ravipudi is an expert in making such movies and let us see how this project under their combo shapes up. Well-known production house ‘Shine Screens’ will be bankrolling this project under a big budget. The details regarding the rest of the cast and crew are expected to come out in the next couple of months.
