Nithin’s upcoming Friday release is carrying good buzz in film circles. It is said to be an out and out entertainer with all commercial elements.
Sitara Entertainments have regular buyers in all areas, but given the success of its parental company Harika Hassine Creations last film Ala Vaikunthapurramulo, more than two buyers from each area have put their bids for Bheeshma theatrical rights.
The producers didn’t get greedy and sold the film for reasonable price despite the high demand. Andhra area rights were sold in Rs. 7 Cr to Rs. 8 Cr ratio.
Nizam was sold for Rs. 4.5 Cr and Ceded rights for Rs. 2 Cr. Overall theatrical business is around Rs. 20 Cr, which is pretty reasonable at this time.
The film’s budget is around Rs. 25 Cr and it’s non-theatrical rights have fetched Rs. 15 Cr. So, the producers have made a handsome profit of Rs. 10 Cr already and they may get overflows too if the film turns out to be a big hit.
