Popular political strategist Prashant Kishor received a huge shock from Bihar CM Nitish Kumar as the former was expelled from the party, Janata Dal (JD).
A few days back, Nitish had claimed that Prashant Kishor was taken into party upon the force of BJP’s Amit Shah. This did not go down well with Prashant Kishor and he slammed Nitish Kumar of lying. Then the Bihar CM gave a free hand to Prashant to leave the party, if he doesn’t want to stick to party lines.
But the war of words is going on and finally Nitish had to expel Prashant Kishor from the party on disciplinary basis. Shortly after receiving the news, Prashant wrote, ‘Thank you Nitish Kumar. My best wishes to you to retain the chair of Chief Minister of Bihar. God bless you.’
Along with Prashant Kishor, Nitish had thrown out party leader Pavan Kumar for his comments on the Citizenship Amendment Act.
Interestingly both Prashant Kishor and Pavan Kumar were close aides of Nitish Kumar and the Bihar CM will have tough time in the next elections.
