After an intense nomination task in Bigg Boss Non-Stop, the contestants engaged in some interesting tasks to become captaincy contenders.
Captaincy contender task:
The house was divided into five areas: Bedroom, luggage room, peach room, bathroom, and kitchen. Each of the following pairs controlled a specified area.
Anil-Hamida Mahesh-Mithraw
Ariyana-Ajay
Akhil-Bindu
Nataraj-Shiva
The pairs had to win a series of challenges to win over other areas, evicting their respective owners into no man’s land (living area and garden area).
As the game began, Hamida objected to Shiva and Nataraj taking clothes from the bedroom, which she controlled with Anil.
Akhil and Bindu discussed their strategy in the game.
Bigg Boss instructed the housemates to put their clothes and footwear in the luggage room which is controlled by one of the pairs. The contestants could access other areas only through passes and Ashu read out the guidelines to use the passes. Bedroom access had two passes and only one pass can be used in a day by only one housemate per night. The kitchen area had three passes. While the bathroom area had eight passes, peach room had two passes (one pair per pass for one hour), and the luggage room had four passes (five items per pass for one housemate).
Ashu was the sanchalak of the task. Bindu wanted to read the rule book and accidentally got Ariyana’s washroom passes along with the book. Ariyana kept searching for her passes.
First challenge:
The contestants had to play the task in pairs. One contestant had to carry another contestant who wore a cap. The pair with the contestant, who could retain their cap, was the winner. Nataraj and Shiva won the round.
Ashu objected to Ariyana and Mahesh using the washroom without access after the task.
Shiva and Nataraj occupied the bedroom area which was under Hamida and Anil’s control.
Akhil and Shiva tried to cut a deal. Shiva revealed that they are eyeing upon kitchen next.
Bindu and Shiva wondered how everyone is getting along well in the task despite their fights in the nomination task the previous day.
Challenge 2:
According to this task, the pairs had to transfer the ring to their partner at a distance through the wire tied to them without using their hands. The fastest pair completing five rounds won the task and gained access to another area. Akhil and Bindu won the challenge. They chose to take over the luggage room.
Challenge 3:
As per the task, one contestant from each pair had to ensure their respective pot stays in the air using their legs. The contestant to sustain their pot without their leg touching the ground or using the support of their hands or other body parts, won the task.
Ashu disqualified Akhil first for taking support with his hands. Ajay got disqualified next followed by Mahesh. Ashu declared Anil as the winner of the challenge after disqualifying Nataraj.
He took offense to Ashu’s decision and accused her of favouring Anil. He went on to rant and got emotional over losing the task.
After a tiff with Ariyana and clarification from Ashu, Hamida and Anil decided to control the washroom area.
