Black Buck Case: Celebs Get Fresh Notices

Way back in 1998, during the shooting of the film Hum Saath Saath Hain, actors Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, heroines Tabu and Sonali Bendre are said to have gone for hunting in the woods and killed a rare animal, back buck. This led to Salman Khan’s conviction for 5 years by a trial court last year, and he’s out on bail actually.

Last year in April, the court that pronounced Salman Khan as a culprit, has actually acquitted Saif, Tabu, Sonali and also an accomplice Dushyant Singh. But then, the Rajasthan Government has appealed against their acquittal, regarding which notices are sent to all the others in the case on March 11th this year.

With no proper response from the celebs, now the Jodhpur Bench of Rajasthan High Court has issued fresh notices to Saif, Tabu, Sonali and Dushyanth on Monday, giving them 8 weeks time to attend before the court. It looks like the actors will not find it easy regarding the case as the Rajasthan Government is keen on getting them punished.
