#BoycottFlipkart Trending As SSR Becomes A Marketing Tool!


Corporate companies are looking at everything from a commercial angle nowadays. There are totally forgetting the concepts of sensibility or sensitivity. They don’t mind being a part of controversy as long as the product gets sold. One of the top e-commerce platforms decided to use Sushanth Singh Rajput as a market tool to sell some shirts and this is making a lot of people angry.

Going into the details, Flipkart came up with a few T-shirts which has Sushant’s photo on the front and the line ‘Depression is Drowing’ has been printed on it. This started to make his fans and common very very angry. They created hashtags like #BoycottFlipkart and #BoycottAmazon. They are currently trending on Twitter and other social media platforms. They are bashing the e-commerce websites for stopping to such lows in order to make money when they are already making millions.

The public are not happy with using the dead as a selling point. Some fans have taken to social media and expressed their unhappiness over these products and Flipkart’s cheap tricks. One of them has called it as a “Smear Campaign Against SSR”. They are also trending another hashtag #HumanityFirst.

As it is known, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his bedroom in the June of 2020. Every person in this country was shocked to hear this news and they are in disbelief. His unfortunate death led to a lot of issues in the Bollywood film industry. A few claim it is suicide while others have their own theories. While the truth is yet to come out, making him a tool for marketing has earned Flipkart and Amazon the wrath of the public.
