Vijayasai Reddy is a very close aide of Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy, and also takes care of the internal affairs of the party. Vijayasai Reddy had gone to jail along with Jagan, when the latter was arrested as part of the illegal assets case.
Now, in a shocking turn of events, YSRCP member, and MP Vijayasai Reddy has reportedly tested positive for Coronavirus, and he has confirmed the very same on his official Twitter handle.

Vijayasai Reddy’s personal secretary has also tested positive for the virus, and has been admitted into Hyderabad Apollo hospital.
We should all be very careful and vigilant when we step outside, and should make sure that we are wearing masks and maintaining social distancing at all times, so that we are safe, and the ones around us are safe as well.
In view of the Covid situation I have decided to quarantine myself for a week to ten days as a mark of abundant caution.I will not be available on telephone except for emergencies.
