Butta Bomma in talks for Naga Chaitanya’s next?

It is known that Suresh Productions has bought the remake rights of the Tamil film ‘Maanadu’, which featured Simbu and S. J. Surya in the lead roles.

Ever since the leading Tollywood production house bagged the rights of the movie, the speculations were rife that Naga Chaitanya will be stepping into the shoes of Simbu in the Telugu remake of the ‘Maanadu’.

Now, if ongoing buzz is to be believed, South star diva Pooja Hegde is said to be approached to play the leading lady in the remake. As per reports, the leggy lass wrapped up all her ongoing projects and is currently waiting to join the sets of her new batch of films, SSMB28 and Salman Khan’s ‘Bhaijaan’ from April.

The makers of Maanadu remake thought the Pooja would be the ideal choice to romance Chay in the movie. The duo earlier worked together in Oka Laila Kosam, which got mixed responses from the audience. However, the Butta Bomma is yet to sign the project.
