We heard that Sye Raa is aiming for Sankranthi 2020 release, but according to the latest buzz from Tollywood circles, the mega budget period film has set eyes on Dussera 2019 release.
Megastar Chiranjeevi has fixed the deadline for Surender Reddy and his team as the film’s expenses have gone up beyond estimates already. Therefore, further delays in release will only make it tough for recovery due to high interest rates.
Chiranjeevi believes Dussera is good enough a season to bank upon for such a massive budget movie.
Although producer Ram Charan was against putting deadlines for wrapping up Sye Raa, Megastar is worried about the rising expenditure.
Chiranjeevi doesn’t want Sye Raa to end up like 2.0, which ended up as a cost failure.
