Raghurama Krishnaraju had earlier filed a petition in the CBI special court in Delhi seeking revocation of AP CM Jagan’s bail in the inappropriate assets case. However, recently, the petition was accepted by the CBI court for the hearing. Raghurama said in the petition that the witnesses, in this case, were being influenced by Chief Minister Jagan.
In the petition, he asked the court to revoke Jagan’s bail and asked for a speedy trial. He alleged that Jagan has violated the bail conditions imposed by the court. In the past, when there were arguments in the CBI court, Raghuram Krishnaraja’s lawyer argued that the petition was eligible even though it was not directly related to these cases.
