There have been rumours that TDP and Jana Sena Party would form an alliance again. AP CM Chandrababu Naidu had himself invited Pawan to join hands with TDP to fight against the BJP. However, Pawan in no time clarified that Jana Sena would contest alone.
Once again, TDP and Jana Sena alliance has hit the headlines and it is TDP MP TG Venkatesh who is responsible for it. He made sensational statements that there are high chances of TDP and Jana Sena going for a poll pact and seat sharing would be discussed in the month of March. TG’s statements all of a sudden became a huge top of discussion among political circles.
Hitting back at these comments, Pawan Kalyan reacted quite strongly. Addressing the public in Paderu, Pawan said, “I refused the Rajya Sabha seat and I don’t bow down to anyone. I warn TG Venkatesh, a big business man in Kurnool district who has amassed so much of wealth by destroying environment, not to make such statements again else the consequences would be severe.”
Even the TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu is also upset with TG’s statement. “Making personal comments on party’s ideologies is sending wrong signals to the cadre as well as public. One should not slip a word before the media because the entire party will have to face the consequences,” said Chandrababu.
So with the TDP and Jana Sena chiefs reacting to TG’s comments, that puts an end to the row. But this is politics there are no permanent enemies and friends.
