Despite getting a lot of flops, we have heroes from big families getting offers without any hurdles. But the situation is completely different for the heroines. No matter how many hits they deliver, one single failure can have a huge impact on their careers. If an actress gets one or two failures right at the beginning of her career, it is highly unlikely to get big projects and become a star heroine. Megha Akash faced the same situation till now but it all changed with Sree Vishnu’s ‘Raja Raja Chora’.
The Chennai beauty acted in over ten films till date. She made her debut with Dhanush and Gautham Menon’s ‘Thoota’ which released four years after its shooting. Prior to its release, Megha made her Telugu debut with Nithiin’s ‘LIE’ and worked with him again on ‘Chal Mohan Ranga’. Sadly, both of these movies tanked at the box office. She did a brief role in Rajnikanth’s ‘Petta’ and Salman Khan’s ‘Radhe’. Her ‘Satellite Shankar’ with Sooraj Pancholi was also a failure. Both the offers never dried up for her and Megha finally got her first hit in Telugu with Sree Vishnu’s ‘Raja Raja Chora’.
This comedy entertainer which was released on Thursday got a very good talk and is getting decent collections. Both the audience and critics are praising this film and this will be the first good hit after the second lockdown. Megha looked very beautiful as Sanjana and people are saying that she may get more good roles in Telugu after this hit. Let us hope so!
