Responding to the unprecedented letter written by AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohanreddy in the month of October 6, 2020, Chief Justice of India SA Bobde has initiated actions.
In his letter, YS Jagan accused the judges of the Supreme court and the High court stating that they are under the influence of the Telugu Desam Party and working in favour of Chandrababu Naidu.
According to the media reports, as a part of actions taken by CJI Bobde, Chief Justice Maheshwari was shifted to Sikkim and some other judges were also transferred.
Along with this, CJI Bobde has asked AP CM Jagan to send his complaint in the form of an affidavit.
According to the reports, the Jagan has submitted the same.
