Senior Congress MLA Dk Aruna on Friday alleged that the Chief Minister was behaving like a dictator in the House.
Speaking to media persons, Aruna said that the ruling party was trying to stifle the voices of Opposition members with the fear of being exposed for its wrong deeds. The Opposition members, who boycotted the proceedings of the House on Thursday, also boycotted the Question Hour today. Aruna demanded that the Speaker should assure the Opposition that they would be allowed to speak and on the issues that were listed in the agenda. The Congress leader said that if the ruling party continues its stand in the House by not allowing the Opposition to , the Congress would boycott the rest of the session.
Meanwhile, Congress MLA Komatireddy Venkat Reddy questioned as to why Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao was conducting Praja Darbar. He alleged that the ruling party was behaving like dictator. KCR is worried that if the Opposition is allowed to speak then the misdeeds of the ruling party would be exposed, Venkat Reddy said.
