AP Endownment Minister Vellampalli Srinivasa Rao has said that CM Jagan has ordered a CID probe into the Vijayanagaram Ramathirtha and Rajamundry Vigneswara temple incidents.
The minister said that it has been decided to completely modernize the Ramathirtha temple.
He said that it was a sensitive incident and the government was taking it seriously. On this occasion, the minister released the model of the Ramathirtha temple to the media.
Minister Vellampalli appealed to leaders of other parties, including the BJP, to withdraw from the rally.
The minister made it clear that the government would not take the revenue of the temples.
Vellampalli said the temples at the bottom of the Durga temple flyover in Vijayawada would be restored.
