The global epidemic #Coronavirus aka Covid-19 has spread its space in the country. Two persons have been tested positive of the virus, said the union health ministry in a statement.
The first person is from Delhi who arrived from Italy and the other person is from Telangana who has travel history from Dubai. In the last few days, Italy has reported increasing number of cases of corona virus and the person who flew from this place got infected.
The union health ministry stated that both the patients are kept in isolation ward and their condition is stable now. A team of doctors are closely monitoring them too.
Union health minister Harshavardhan added that screening of international and domestic passengers is being conducted at all the 21 major airports in the country and about 15 new laboratories are operational to handle the patients in case tested positive.
