A Mumbai court has rejected the bail petition of Aryan Khan, son of Shah Rukh Khan. The 23-year-old was sent to the custody of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) till Thursday by the court.
NCB officials raided and arrested several people, including Aryan, on a tip-off that drugs were being used at a rave party at a cruise ship party on the 2nd of this month.
They produced Shah Rukh Khan’s son in court in the case. However, his lawyers filed a petition in the court seeking bail for Aryan Khan. But the court rejected the petition.
NCB officials brought to the notice of the court that Aryan Khan had crucial information on his phone. They told the court that cocaine from Aryan was also seized.
NCB officials asked the court to give him into their custody to gather crucial information related to drugs. The court agreed to the request of the NCB officials.
