Talented actor Priyadarshi is on a roll with successful films like ‘Balagam’ and ‘Om Bheem Bush’. His web series ‘Save The Tigers’ too was a good hit. He is now arriving with an interesting flick named ‘Darling’. K Niranjan Reddy of PrimeShow Entertainment is the producer of this movie while Smt Chaitanya presenting it. ‘Ismart’ beauty Nabha Natesh is making a comeback with this romantic comedy after an injury.
Directed by Ashwin Raam, the makers have announced the title as ‘Darling’ and the tagline is ‘Why This Kolaveri?’ The first-look poster that shows Priyadarshi’s marriage proposal to Nabha Natesh is as pleasing as the title. They even released the glimpse where Priyadarshi is seen releasing his doubts and frustrations about women to the men sitting in a barber shop. It starts with a funny conversation between Priyadarshi and a barber. The latter asks Priyadarshi about the reason behind looking so stressed.
He says girls are loving and affectionate when they are mothers, and supportive and protective when they are sisters. When the same girl is a lover, she is cute and bubbly and understands us a lot. But what if that girl gets married, they turn our life upside down? Then, we get to see Nabha being angry at him all the time. The glimpse is very entertaining and it will connect a lot to not just the youth but also the family audience. The title glimpse’s idea of depicting women’s state of mind through popular songs shows the creative side of the director Aswin Raam.
While Mahesh Babu’s Pedave Palikina is used to show a mother’s love for her son, Pawan Kalyan’s Annayya Annavante song is used to demonstrate brother-sister bonding, and Prabhas’ Mellagaa Karagani song is meant to show the intimacy between lovers. It is quite creative from the makers. Naresh is the lensman, whereas Vivek Sagar will provide the music. Hemanth pens the dialogues, while Pradeep E Ragav of Love Today edits the movie. Gandhi is the production designer. Ananya Nagalla will be seen in a key role.
The glimpse has definitely given us a positive vibe and let us see how ‘Darling’ is going to be.
