Days Before His Death, T-MP Troubles AP Project

n an interesting revelation, Telangana Senior Congress Leader and Rajya Sabha MP Palvai Gowardhan Reddy lodged a serious complaint with Central Vigilance Commission against Polavaram project.

Days before he passed away in Himachal Pradesh during his visit on June 9, the MP complained the commission that huge corruption and irregularities were taken place in the construction of the Polavaram project on river Godavari by Andhra Pradesh government.

The Congress leader requested the central Vigilance Commission to register criminal cases against the responsible in the irregularities. He also brought to the notice of commission that Polavaram and Purushottam Putnam lift projects were taken up without environmental clearances. Reddy also wrote another letter to the Commission on June 2 that he is ready to furnish valid evidences and authenticate his complaint.
