Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan mentioned that 75% of the Covid-19 cases that are filed in Andhra Pradesh are directly or indirectly related to the Delhi cluster. As per the records, around 111 cases were filed in Andhra Pradesh and 24 new cases were conformed after 7PM yesterday.
Around 1085 people attended the Delhi event from Andhra Pradesh and the Government officials identified 585 members till date. Covid -19 tests were conducted on these members and till now 70 of the cases were conformed as positive. Around 500 results are yet to be revealed. Speaking on this, YS Jagan specially requested people to come forward for the check up, in case they develop any Covid-19 symptoms.
Government officials were striving hard to find the remaining candidates. The Government is requesting the people who attended the event in Delhi to self identify and come for a check up.
