All the four accused – Mohammad Areef Pasha, Jollu Shiva, Jollu Naveen Kumar and Chintakunta Chenna Keshavulu – in brutal rape and murder of 26-year-old veterinary doctor Disha have been killed in a police encounter on Friday morning. The incident took place when cops were reconstructing the scene with accused and accused allegedly tried to escape from police and that’s when the cops had reportedly encountered them.
By encountering the culprits of the brutal rape and murder, Telangana state and Telangana police have set a precedent that the accused of such notorious, heinous crimes can’t get away. Since the laws need to become stricter and more severe, the encounter of the accused is being lauded by people from various corners.
