Doctors are supposed to be empathetic and have the moral sense of humanity. This is the reason why a Doctor is revered and respected.
But seems like the Junior Doctors of Gandhi Hospital in Hyderabad have forgotten their solemn oath and is going against their duties.
They started to demand the Government that the Coronavirus Ward that was operating in the 7th floor must be removed.
Since the virus is spreading quickly at an unexpected rate, the Doctors are also fearing the spread of the disease to them as well as other patients and staff within the hospital. They are refusing to attend to their daily duties with the fear of being infected by the virus.
They have met Superintendent Sravan in Gandhi Hospital to demand the removal of the isolated ward to treat the patients of Coronavirus.
They have suggested that instead of an active and congested hospital like Gandhi, these patients should be shifted to an isolated hospital far from the City.
