Donald Trump Reacts To Pulwama terror attack

On February 14, Pakistan based terror group, Jaish-e-Mohammed aka JeM, claimed 40 CRPF soldiers lives in a deadly manner. The nation is currently on outrage and started protesting that India needs Justice. On this, yesterday in the U.S White House, Donald Trump has expressed his views by describing the whole attack as a ‘horrible situation’.

On the other hand, Robert Palladino, who is the State Department Deputy Spokesperson, extended his strong support for India and confirmed that the US is in touch with the Indian government to know the updates. Moreover, Trump along with Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, Bolton, and the White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders have asked Pakistan to give a severe penalty to those who are responsible for the heinous act.

Since the attack has caused intense rivalry between India and Pakistan, Trump believes that it would be great if the two countries get back amicably and sort things out. He further said that he has watched the videos, relevant news and reports on it. “I have watched and got a lot of reports on it. We will have a comment on the attack at an appropriate time. It would be wonderful if India and Pakistan get along,” Trump said.

Post the attack, Trump’s National Security Advisor, John Bolton, said that India has every right to practise self-defense in this fragile situation.
