It’s surprising what criticism can do in terms of getting quality of work from an artiste. Case in point would be composer Devi Sri Prasad who has had a series of bad shows and the immense criticism he received for it all, which probably seems to have pushed composer him to deliver his best in recent times for Chitralahari, starring Sai Dharam Tej.
The latest song from the film, Prema Vennela, is a classic example to show that because after a very long time, the audience gets to hear DSP scoring a song that reminds us why he is an ace in the first place. This slow and melodious song could become the most likable number from the album though the earlier released numbers also impressing the people.
Set to release on April 12, the film also stars Kalyani Priyadarshan and Nivetha Pethuraj as the female leads. Directed by Kishore Tirumala, it is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers.
