Enforcement Directorate (ED) has seized 903 acres of lands belonging to YSRCP chief Jagan, in four villages in Guntur district. Notices have been issued to this effect in today’s newspapers. The ED has been directed to take action by the Appellate and Adjudicating Authority to this effect, it is noticed. As such, anyone who tries to sell these lands or construction any commercial buildings in this area will be liable for legal action. Recently, some farmers have sown crops in these lands, as they were vacant. Jagan’s lawyers meanwhile, have met on future course of action. They might be appealing to Supreme Court (SC) in the matter.
