Despite having incredible talent and a stunning physique, young actress Eesha Rebba has been struggling to get good opportunities in Tollywood. She is known for her girl-next-door roles and impressed the Telugu audience with her strong acting skills. Her previous films Aravinda Sameta and Raagala 24 Gantallo, has received positive reviews, but they failed to help her to grab some big-ticket film in Tollywood.
If the latest reports are believed, Eesha has bagged a key role in Gunasekhar’s upcoming mythological drama ‘Shaakuntalam‘. Samantha is playing the titular character while Eesha Rebba plays Samantha’s best friend. As per reports, She has a lengthy character in the film.
Shaakuntalam is based on the love story of Dushyanta and Shakuntala from the Athaparva of the epic tale Mahabharata. It tells about the love affair, secret marriage, separation of imprecation and reunion of the immortal love of Dushyanta and Shakuntala.
Produced by Neelima Guna under Gunaa Teamworks banner, the film has music by Mani Sharma. The film is expected to go on floors soon.
