Nandamuri Balakrishna and Boyapati Sreenu are joining the hands for the third time after delivering two blockbusters, ‘Simha’ and ‘Legend’. Tentatively titled ‘BB3’, the film had already commenced shoot, but the makers are yet to finalize the female lead.
Previously, Raashi Khanna, and Catherine Tressa were in consideration for female lead role. But both the young actresses politely turned down the offer, saying it is too soon for them to act alongside a veteran.
Our well-placed sources are saying that the makers of Balayya – Boyapati film have approached Amala Paul now. The Malayali actress has asked for some time to decide on the project and she will be letting the makers know about her final call sooner than later. Amala Paul recently played a bold role in ‘Aadai’ for which she even went naked. She recieved good appreciation for her dedication and daring decision.
The shooting of ‘BB3’ is not expected to commence at least for a month or so. The makers are planning to rope in a heroine by the time of resumption so that the shooting can be wrapped up at a quick pace without major breaks.
Amala Paul is not very active in Tollywood now and it remains to be seen if she will be making her comeback with Balayya – Boyapati Sreenu film. The teaser of the film which was released a few weeks back got a very good response from all quarters. Miryala Ravindra Reddy is producing the film.
