Maruthi regained his mojo with ‘Prati Roju Pandage’ as the film had a very good run at the ticket counters. He is back in the league with the Sai Dharam Tej starrer.
As per our reliable sources, Maruthi has approached Gopichand, who has attained a mass image with his previous films, and the duo might be coming together for a project.
Apparently, Gopichand is excited about Maruthi’s intriguing storyline, but he is yet to give his nod to the project. He will be conveying his final decision to the successful director soon. The combination of Maruthi and Gopichand is an interesting one and it remains to be seen if the project will hit the floors.
Meanwhile, Maruthi is presently working on his web series which is being produced by digital streaming platform, Aha. He will be finalizing the script soon and shooting will commence correspondingly.
Gopichand will start shooting for sports-based action film, ‘Seetimaar’ in the month of August, say reports. Sampath Nandi is directing the film and Tamannaah is the leading lady.
Maruthi and Gopichand might be coming together after completing their current commitments if everything falls into place.
