Sid Sriram became a singer in demand much before the release of Geeta Govindam. Husharuga followed and now every small and big producer wants his voice for at least one number.
This singer lives in the USA and his Telugu is not perfect but even then there is queue for him. Singers like music composers are always in demand take lot of time to deliver and if he is staying long distance, it adds to their woes.
Sid Sriram first asks for the track once the music is composed, then asks for the meanings of the lyrics, then gives a date for singing. He usually would charge 1.5 lakh per song but now he is charging 3.5 plus GST.
Earlier he would insist on a good banner but now it is like make hay while the sun shines. He is not interested in any banner now.
