“After completing my studies in physiotherapy, I did a specialization in ergonomics. It means occupational health and safety. Most employees in software companies sit and work for long hours in front of the computers and develop neck pain and shoulder pain. I teach people and talk to them about correct sitting postures and treat them if they fall sick on account of these issues. I studied in Bangalore and the employees from the IT companies would suffer from many such problems. If they only knew the correct sitting position, they could have prevented it. After my training and specialization, I moved to Hyderabad and came up with a work and wellness related corporate health services.”
