Another mega hero Panja Vaishnav Tej is getting introduced to the film industry. His debut movie Uppena is making all the right noises ahead of the movie release. Uppena is scheduled for release on April 2nd.
The film looks promising and even the two songs released so far have got tremendous response. Devi Sri Prasad who have been out of form these days have given outstanding music in this movie.
While everything about the movie seemed to be perfect, it is not that perfect is what trade analysts say. Uppena started as a limited budget entertainer.
Sukumar and Mythri Movie Makers sketched out a plan to complete the movie in minimum working days and small budget so that it should work out well before the release itself.
However, working days of the film extended beyond planned and as a result production cost soared high. In addition to that top technicians who worked for the movie charged huge remunerations.
Even they didn’t considered producers request to cut down their remunerations as hero and heroine are new to the industry. As a result Uppena’s budget almost got doubled to the initial planned.
Now there is no choice for the producers except to pray for mind boggling business numbers all over.
