Bollywood director Karan Johar, who have made fun and family entertainers so far, is plunging into a new genre, horror. His first horror franchise’s poster titled Bhoot: Part One – The Haunted Ship, featuring Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles is out today.
Karan Johar shared the film’s poster where Vicky is seen terrified and screaming as a woman’s hand grabs his face. He captioned the poster as – ‘Presenting Bhoot: Part One – The Haunted Ship, the first in the franchise, starring the supremely talented Vicky Kaushal, directed by Bhanu Pratap Singh. Sailing towards you on November 15, 2019’.
Controversial director Ram Gopal Varma was one among the firsts to comment on the poster. RGV made Bhoot in 2003, and the film turned out to be a super hit. Now, for the upcoming film, RGV commented, “Hey Karan Johar, the poster is looking WOW! Can’t wait to see the intense Vicky in this genreâ€.
Karan Johar replied: ‘Thanks for your generosity Ramu….Means a lot to all of us at Dharma movies.’ Also, Dharma productions have shared a couple of stills from the film. Not only RGV, but everyone is thrilled to see Vicky in a never seen before role. The poster has left full of praises from netizens as well.
