“Gabbar Singh” was released in May 2012. Producer Dil Raju wanted to release his first production with Pawan Kalyan at the same time “Gabbar Singh” hit the screens.
Thus he locked May 15th as the release date for “Vakeel Saab”. But destiny has other plans. The film may not hit the screens as scheduled due to an unexpected outbreak of coronavirus.
Still, he is not coming out of the “Gabbar Singh” sentiment. According to the latest buzz in the industry, he has roped in Shruti Haasan as Pawan Kalyan’s pair.
Shruti was the heroine in “Gabbar Singh” and she will now be pairing up with Pawan Kalyan in his comeback movie as well.
Shruti Haasan has immediately agreed to this extended guest role as she needs big projects to save her career. Shruti Haasan will join the shoot in the next schedule.
“Vakeel Saab” is a remake of Bollywood blockbuster “Pink”.
