Galla Jayadev breaks silence on Amara Raja Batteries issue Finally!

The news reports on Amara Raja Batteries’ unit based out of Andhra Pradesh’s Chittoor are all over the media outlets. These reports had claimed that the company is in plans to move to neighbouring Tamil Nadu after the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board is after it.

The issue had even reached the court. TDP MP Galla Jayadev’s family owns the Amara Raja Batteries.

Galla Jayadev, who maintained his silence on the issue had opened up finally and cleared all the airs on Amara Raja company moving to another state.

Galla Jayadev said there is no truth in the reports that say the company is moving to Tamil Nadu. He termed these reports as false and fake.

Saying that he chose to remain silent on the issue as these reports are false, Galla Jayadev said he will answer the Court in connection with the issue.

The issue is still pending with the court. That’s why I will not say anything on this. Once the Court gives its verdict on this, I will give my opinion, the MP said.

After the Pollution Control Board slapped a notice to the company saying that the battery manufacturing firm is not following certain rules, the company moved the Court.

Following this the media reports started to spread that Galla Jayadev is in plans to shift the company to Tamil Nadu.
