Mega Power Star Ram Charan has turned into a pan-Indian hero post ‘RRR’. His craze increased massively and he became a popular name across the country. His stardom is definitely the main force behind his upcoming film ‘Game Changer’ having a lot of buzz around it. The makers did not release a lot of updates from this movie and the only song ‘Jaragandi’ which came out a few weeks back was badly trolled.
Despite the lack of strong promotions, the movie has a lot of hype. Legendary filmmaker Shankar directing it has also added to the craze. The latest we hear is that the North Indian theatrical rights of ‘Game Changer’ was bought for a massive amount of 75 crores by Anil Tadani. This is a huge number considering the fact that Ram Charan only had one pan-Indian release till date and it is a Rajamouli film.
On the other hand, Shankar is simultaneously making ‘Indian 2’ as well and it has great actor Kamal Haasan in the lead. It is one of the biggest projects in Tamil and it is also having a pan-Indian release. Despite all the big names, reports suggest that Lyca Productions who are bankrolling this sequel have gotten only 20 crores for North Indian theatrical rights. The release date of both the films are yet to be announced. While ‘Indian 2’ is expected to release in June, ‘Game Changer’ is reportedly arriving at the end of September.
Coming to ‘Game Changer’, Kiara Advani is the female lead while Karthik Subbaraj penned the story. Thaman is the music composer and Dil Raju is bankrolling this project. Anjali, Samuthirakhani, SJ.Suryah, Srikanth, Sunil, Naveen Chandra and others play key roles. Top choreographers like Prabhu Deva, Ganesh Acharya, Prem Rakshit, Bosco Martis, Jhony and Sandy worked on this movie.
