Director Maruthi who is known for his entertaining movies has made his debut with a small film like ‘Eerojullo’. After its success, he went on to make films like ‘Bus Stop’, ‘Prema Katha Chitram’ and more. He scored his first blockbuster with ‘Bhale Bhale Mogadivoy’ and went to make successful movies like ‘Prathi Roju Pandage’, ‘Mahanubhavudu’ and others. His last film with Santosh Sobhan got a decent response. He is arriving with ‘Pakka Commercial’ in May and there is a good buzz around it.
He created a sensation recently as news came out that he will soon be directing a pan-Indian hero like Prabhas. The film is titled ‘Raja Deluxe’ and it is going to be a comedy thriller with horror elements. Apparently, Prabhas liked the script a lot and sources say that it is almost confirmed. Apart from Prabhas’ film, there is a talk that he will direct Megastar Chiranjeevi in the coming days. With two huge stars being interested to work with him has definitely made Maruthi a talk of the town. Though the official news regarding both these projects are yet to be announced officially, many are claiming that Maruthi is going through a purple patch in his career right now.
